Let’s Get Gothic!

Hello Spooky People, Readers of Gothic Tales, Ghouls, and Goblins,

Welcome to the newly formed page for my latest novel, The Sleepy Hollow Incident, a novel I’ve been working on for the past two years. Well, I’d say more like thirty years but that’s a different story.

The Sleepy Hollow Incident is a follow up to Jigglyspot and the Zero Intellect, and the third installment in the Dominion of Shadows series of standalone interconnected novels that began with the psychological horror novel, Golem.

I plan on publishing the story over four separate installments. Parts one, two and three will comprise the first book. Parts four and five in the second. Six and Seven in the third, and the final installment will feature parts eight and nine. Official publication will take place across all major book buying platforms as a rapid release serial over a three-month period from late September to mid-December 2025. However, as an official member of the ARC team, you’ll be able to read the entire book before the first installment’s official release.

As a subscriber you’ll receive Part One during the month of February 2025, with one part published per month until September, when parts eight and nine will hit your inbox, leaving plenty of time to read the full book and post a review.

Joining the ARC team is very simple. All you need to do is click on this email link: pd@pdalleva.com and shoot me an email. Please reference “The Sleepy Hollow Incident” in the subject line and in the body of the email let me know that you want to be included on the ARC team. I will then add your email address to The Sleepy Hollow Incident newsletter, and you’ll receive your monthly installments beginning in February.

FYI, all installments will be sent via a download link specifically tailored to your email address. So, please make sure whatever email address you use to email me can download eBooks to your Kindle or whatever app or device you use to read your eBooks. The link you will be sent will not be able to be forwarded and you are only allowed one download per link.

Sign-ups to the ARC team will be open until early September 2025 to allow appropriate time for readers to read and review before the official publication of the final installment in December.

Also, as a subscriber and ARC team member you’ll have exclusive access to limited edition paperbacks and hardcovers that will not be available anywhere other than exclusively through the ARC membership. (FYI, the picture at the top of this page is not the cover. I have already contacted my cover designer Cherie Foxley and we are coming up with a fantastic cover concept for all four installments, including limited edition covers)
