Books Read in April:

Necronado by RJ Roles

(Necronado was too much fun. I connected with and loved every single character in this book. The story was entertaining and at times reminded me of The Night of the Living Dead. Definitely a five-star read.)

Jones 1993 by Devin Cabrera

(The Jones series has been a lot of fun. Although I thought Jones 1963 was by far the better book, 1993 did not disappoint. Definitely worth picking up.)

You’re Not Supposed To Be Here by Mike Salt

(I’ve read just about every Mike Salt book there is. So far, my favorite has been This All Ends Horribly. Such a good book. You’re Not Supposed To Be Here was very different from Mike’s other books but just as good. If I had to compare it to one of the others, I’d say the story more closely resembled The House on Harlen, due to the psychological complexity of the narrative. What I like most about this newest book was that it displays the author's range from one sub-genre to another. I enjoy reading writers who diversify their catalogue, taking risks with other genres and subgenres. You’re Not Supposed To Be Here is a prime example of Mike’s dedication to the craft and an equally good story to his other works. It's a deep dive into the psychological aspects of grief, loss, and tragedy.)

The Ojanox Book Four: Lonesome Mountain by Daemon Manx

(I can’t talk enough about this series and even wrote a full review that was featured in the Terrors and Tales newsletter. The Ojanox is a must read series for any horror fan. Do yourself a favor and read this series.)

For all my scifi fans, this series is definitely for you. Alien vampires, Alien Gray Witches, Genetic Manipulations and of course Rebellion. It’s like an insane bloody Star Wars for Ancient Alien fans and yes, my horror readers will love it too.
